Our Mission in Action
99 Over One was born from a lifelong calling to love people the way Jesus does—beyond the four walls of the church.
Founded by Victoria “Tory” Garcia, who was raised in a ministry-centered Christian home by parents Luis and Nory Garcia (married 49 years), this ministry exists to help people understand the depth of God’s love for them.
At its core is the belief that the church is not a building, but a people—called to go.
Having once been the one pursued and loved by the church during a season outside the walls, Tory now leads 99 Over One with a passion to reach those who may never feel comfortable seeking a church family on their own.
